Oto
I've had a fascination with Kobolds ever since I joined the Furry Fandom. Something about them is so perfect - shortstacked, cute, attractive, dragon-y, and with quirks and inclinations I tend to find entertaining. As such, I've tried a few times to make a kobold character I liked, and my best result for this is Oto. She's a sorcerer whose light-themed magic comes from her adoration for her Dragoness (think Pearl and Rose Quartz), and has a vaguely eastern design I find works very well in adventerous settings.
